Returning an Item
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Be in a resalable condition
- Include all original contents supplied with the order
Non Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened sterile products
- Used medical consumables
- Products with broken or damaged hygiene seals
- Products that have been opened, altered or damaged after delivery
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate the issue promptly, we may request photographs of the product, packaging or delivery damage where applicable.
Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
